Tasty Tuesday: Easy Bruschetta Bread

After discovering Bruschetta Bread at our favorite Italian restaurant, I decided to come up with an easy variation to prepare at home for a quick snack.

4 slices of Bread toasted
1 Tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
Mozzarella cheese
Combine chopped tomato, chopped onion, and Italian salad dressing in small bowl.  Spoon mixture onto toast.  Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.  Enjoy!!  Bon Appetit'!

  5. I don't know why I haven't made this before. Like you, I've enjoyed Bruschetta at a restaurant several times. I think I could do this recipe any ole time, even though my husband doesn't care for it. Thanks!

  6. Betty, thank you for stopping in to comment. This is easy enough to make up a slice anytime you want a snack. I usually make 2, just enough to fill the toaster. Can't have a half full toaster! LOL
